Science activity: ice cream in a bag for 7-12
Students will make ice cream with a few ingredients, science and muscle power. They will lower the freezing point of water and shake the cream mixture until it freezes.
This ready-to-use kit can be used in foods classes and science classes. The kit contains:

Students will:
- Learn about thermal energy and freezing point depression.
- Observe physical changes and learn about states of matter.
