Ingredients

Makes 1

  • 2 whole wheat naan (4-inches in diameter)
  • 2 tbsp (30 mL) cream cheese

Favorite toppings such as:

-Carrot, cucumber, peppers, olives, pretzels, cheese

-Strawberries, bananas, blueberries, raisins, dried cranberries

Directions

  1. Toast the naan.
  2. Use a round cookie cutter to make a smaller circle from one naan. This will be the head of the snowman, while the other naan will be the body.
  3. Let the naan cool for about 5 minutes. Spread cream cheese over both pieces of naan.
  4. Now the fun begins! Decorate your snowman with your favorite toppings. Fruit, vegetables, and cheeses can all be cut into shapes for snowman features.

Don’t have a round cookie cutter?

Use a knife to trace around the cover of a glass jar.

Meal Planning Tip

Check the fridge and cupboard for foods to decorate the snowman. Fruit, vegetables, and cheeses can all be cut into shapes for snowman features.
