Game: building vocabulary with food
Do the two games included in this kit to help students expand vocabulary while they use their senses. These games will challenge students to find words they wouldn’t normally use.
Two ways to play
Food word wall game
This game uses adjective cards to help students explore foods in class. Students will decide if their card describes the food and will then match their card to the corresponding five senses poster.
Food word cloud game
This game provides fillable worksheets showing pictures of various foods. Students will choose words to describe each food using a word bank.
